Not so good news

The title really should say bad news, but, whatever.

We've got some intel on our location we're going to and it's not good. First, we're going to be a little more than 2 miles north of the dam, probably "outside of the wire" (meaning we'll be pulling our own security) and the place sucks. We're staying in storage containers, the kind they ship stuff overseas in, and we don't have showers. So, if you read between the lines, since we don't have showers we certainly don't have internet or phones. The only way to have that is to go 2 miles to the dam, and since the area is hostile, we probably won't be going there much. Unfortunately that means that this is one of my final communications with you guys since getting to a place to use the internet will be a serious issue.

Our schedule is jam packed with stuff until we leave Thursday night, but, I'd like to get on here and post something a bit more for everyone. So, we'll see if that works out. Looks like we'll be doing a lot more writing then typing over there. Stand by for letters, and I would definitely appreciate some coming back, typed or no.

Word is that it takes 3 weeks for mail to reach us from when it is sent. So, if you'd like, send a bunch of emails and I'll read them all at once then send a letter too, and that would be great. Not sure how long it takes for things I send to get to you.
